EHS Advisor

Role (Main Purpose)

Include the Position Headline from GRIP catalogue and supplement with additional information. Site EHS Advisors are responsible for providing primarily operational EHS support to the Site Manager and site organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Dispatch Phase

• Verify hazardous substances/chemicals are stored in appropriate locations and that chemical assessments are held at the point of storage.

Construction / Installation & Commissioning Phases

• Site Inspection – support site management by ensuring all required notices are prominently posted. Initiate fire risk assessment of site premises and ensure outstanding or ad-hoc EHS equipment identified as not present is obtained.
• Site Mobilisation – ensure Construction Phase Plan, TMP, ERP and RAMS/Permits are available at site locations and that EHS project folders and files are set up for use during project. Establish project E...
