Responsibilities
- Serve as the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) to ensure full compliance with SCDF requirements on fire safety regulations, fire protection systems, and fire prevention management.
- Develop, implement, and review the company’s HSE management system, policies, and supporting documentation.
- Plan and execute HSE programs, campaigns, and training to enhance employee awareness and promote a strong safety culture.
- Conduct and participate in HSE inspections, audits, drills, and WSH committee meetings, serving as the Committee Secretary to coordinate activities and documentation.
- Lead and support accident and incident investigations, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Review and audit permits, safe work practices, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure operational compliance.
