Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a trade-qualified electrical/instrument technician to join the Mount Isa team. Reporting to the Mount Isa Maintenance Team Leader, this position provides a maintenance service to the Mt Isa Operations to ensure the ongoing reliability of the plant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a responsive service to meet unplanned maintenance requests and scheduled maintenance plans as per weekly SAP work order process,
  • Carrying out maintenance tasks within budget and in compliance with Site Engineering and Maintenance Standards,
  • Working as part of a team to follow processes and procedures relating to maintenance tasks, safety, quality and environment with a ‘do it once, do it right’ mindset,
