Rol y Responsabilidades

Como ejecutivo de atención al cliente, deberás brindar una experiencia agradable a los clientes interesados en adquirir nuestros servicios para mejorar su capacidad auditiva desde el primer contacto vía telefónica, resolviendo dudas, agendando citas y realizando llamadas inbound y outbound. Se asignarán regiones para brindar soporte telefónico.

Requisitos

• Minimum one year of verifiable experience in customer service call center (customer service, collections, sales).
• Official documents in order (high school certificate, birth certificate, CURP, IMSS, updated tax ID, employment references).
• Computer skills and proficiency with Office programs (Excel, Word).
• Experience with a telephone switchboard.
