Shape unforgettable guest experiences at Eldorado Resort as a Reservation Coordinator. Oversee accommodations and activity bookings at our scenic lakeside location.
As part of a dedicated team, you will work with the Reservations Manager to ensure seamless guest interactions and bookings. You’ll handle inquiries via phone and email while managing reservations for dining and resort activities. A focus on quality service and a passion for hospitality will drive your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use etiquette while addressing guest inquiries
• Ensure accuracy in reservation details and assignments
• Organize and manage client profiles efficiently

• Minimum 1 year of hotel experience required
