This newly established role, based in North York, ON, is pivotal for designing and implementing comprehensive contract management processes. You will leverage your expertise in contract development, negotiation, and compliance to support diverse business units across Elections Ontario, ensuring governance and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management
• Develop and maintain standardized contract templates
• Administer complex agreements from award through completion
• Draft and manage amendments in collaboration with Legal
• Establish supplier performance management metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum five years’ experience in procurement
• Knowledge of contract law and management principles
