Job Summary Manage and maintain mechanical and electrical systems during shopping hours, ensuring operational efficiency and timely response to technical issues. Coordinate with subcontractors and handle emergency client meetings as needed. Responsibilities Monitor and control Building Automation System (BAS) to optimize facility operations during shopping hours Operate and maintain gas, lighting, FCU, PAHU, cold room, mechanical ventilation fans, and PA system to ensure system reliability Perform servicing and maintenance on electrical risers, electrical sub-distribution boards, tenant distribution boards, generators, cooling towers, and low voltage switchboards to maintain operational safety Investigate and resolve complaints related to electrical, mechanical, building, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks, maintaining operational continuity Conduct testing and commissioning of ele...
