Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description: Selection of Servo Motor & Drives, Sensors & Actuators, Encoders. Electrical Interface between Panel and machine electrical complements. Design of Electrical control system System/Power & Control Distribution unit Design Specifications/requirements. Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and 2D/3D models using CAD software. Design and develop electrical cable/wire harnesses for semi applications based on technical requirements and specifications. Select appropriate wires, cables, connectors, protective coverings to ensure durability and performance. BOM Creation for Cable and Harness Design. Component’s selection & FFF analysis. Electrical cable and wire harness Design and drafting as per Standards. Perform Calculations for current load, voltage drop, and other electrical parameters to ensure durability and performance.
