Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Draftsman to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for commercial/industrial/residential projects. The Electrical Draftsman will work closely with electrical engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Develop lighting, power, and cable routing layouts.
- Revise and update drawings based on engineer feedback and site changes.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines.
- Maintain drawing records and documentation control.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material take-offs (if applicable).
