Job Description
We are supporting a defence start-up looking for a hands‑on Senior Electrical Engineer who can take full ownership of electrical systems from early concept and prototyping through to production and field validation.
You'll be:
- Designing and validating power electronics, across low‑ to high‑voltage systems
- Developing and integrating battery systems and protection strategies
- Designing embedded control hardware and electrical architectures
- Building and testing ruggedised electrical assemblies, cabinets, and harnesses
- Leading hands‑on prototyping, lab testing, and field validation
- Producing clear, structured technical documentation
- Working closely with mechanical, embedded, and systems engineers
