Job Description

To strengthen the team of the Facility Management Directorate of the University.

Activities

  • Management of all activities related to energy and electrical installations of the Lusófona Education Group
  • Management of regular maintenance (preventive and corrective) of electrical installations, elevators, laboratory equipment (in the field of electrical installations), and HVAC equipment
  • Asset management of electrical and HVAC equipment
  • Monitoring of adaptation and improvement works of the installations (in the area of electrical installations)
  • Selection and monitoring of external suppliers (in the area of electrical installations)

Requirements

  • Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience in the field
  • Advanced computer skills from the user's perspective
