To strengthen the team of the Facility Management Directorate of the University.
Activities
- Management of all activities related to energy and electrical installations of the Lusófona Education Group
- Management of regular maintenance (preventive and corrective) of electrical installations, elevators, laboratory equipment (in the field of electrical installations), and HVAC equipment
- Asset management of electrical and HVAC equipment
- Monitoring of adaptation and improvement works of the installations (in the area of electrical installations)
- Selection and monitoring of external suppliers (in the area of electrical installations)
Requirements
- Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience in the field
- Advanced computer skills from the user's perspective
- Ability to solve problems, work under pressure
