Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and maintenance personnel
- Plan, assign, and monitor electrical maintenance and installation tasks
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with other departments to support plant operations and projects
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams
- Prepare work schedules, material requisitions and reports on maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in machinery and systems
- Conduct training and mentoring for electricians
- Ensure proper documentation of electrical works, testing, and inspections
