Role Summary The Electrical Engineer (EDM) is responsible for the design, development, testing, and validation of electrical circuits and systems for Electrical Discharge Machines (EDMs). The role supports Makino Asia’s R&D objectives by ensuring reliable, high-performance, and safe electrical designs that meet product, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and review electrical schematics and circuit designs for EDM machines, including power supply, discharge circuits, control panels, and safety circuits. Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and validation of EDM systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with design specifications. Support prototype build, system integration, and commissioning of EDM machines during development and testing phases.
