Based in UAE. 
Create and design technical building Electrical materials for submissions, encompassing concept, schematic, detail design stages, as well as authority submissions and approvals. 
Foster collaboration with multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.) both internally and externally to incorporate diverse ideas and inputs from the initial concept stage. 
Comply with authority design regulations/guidelines and secure necessary approvals, engaging in dialogs and meetings with authorities as required. 
Utilize Revit (BIM) in coordination with the Technical and Technology Teams to produce high-quality drawings and develop data-rich BIM. 
Employ a working knowledge of Estidama, Green Building, and LEED criteria, applying experience to projects involving sustainability...
