The post holder will be expected to manage a timely, safe, efficient and cost‑effective estates operational and maintenance service. Responsible to the Deputy Head of Estates with line management responsibility for all operational Electrical, trade, specialist technicians, charge hands and supervisors, working within the Estates Department.

The post holder will act as a specialist on behalf of the Trust for all aspects of Engineering & Building Services and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the engineering infrastructure, systems and equipment.
