Position Summary
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Site Foreperson is the second management level in command and has a further role as a coordinating manager and client interface. The Site Foreperson directs and manages all onsite manpower, subcontractors and equipment, while advocating and enforcing the company’s direction, policies, procedures and safety standards, through to meeting construction deadlines.
