Job Description
- Participate in new product development and support existing products for continuous improvements.
- Collaborate and interface with other functional teams (mechanical design, process, software, manufacturing, and purchasing, etc.) to achieve project goals.
- Develop electrical engineering design for semiconductor backend machines.
- Create electrical drawings, bill of materials, and other design documents, and maintain design history.
- Conduct testing and analysis using engineering instruments.
- Support new product transfer from R&D to product teams.
- Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with any electrical CAD software package.
- Good team player who can work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Hands‑on experience in electrical system or subsystem design will be a plus.
- Knowledge in motion control systems will be a plus.
