Job Description
- Periodical inspection, testing and documentation of welding equipment, accessories and electrode ovens as per the internal procedure # AID-600 & AID-601 to ensure that they are maintained and operational as per the norms and standards
- Periodical inspection, testing and documentation of power generators, switch boards and associated control and protective systems as per the internal procedure # AID-603 to ensure that they are maintained and operational as per the norms and standards
- Periodical inspection of substation and distribution boards/panels
- Inspect the electrical equipment during the installation, commissioning and testing conducted by the supplier for the newly acquired equipment, plant and installations
- Carry out scheduled visits for inspection of the coating yards, fabrication yards and workshops within the main base, onshore sites, vessels and report the findings to supervisor
