Job Description

Wood is recruiting for an Electrical & Instrument Student placement. Our 8-week Summer Internship will place you in one of our ongoing projects delivering Electrical and Instrumentation & Control Engineering scopes.

Qualifications
Currently a penultimate-year MEng student or a final-year BEng student planning to complete a MEng or MSc in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Expected to achieve a 1st or 2:1 degree in a relevant discipline, accredited by the appropriate engineering institution
Available full-time for the 8-week placement
Intending to start a graduate career in 2026
Knowledge of
Awareness of the Energy sector (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, 
Experience of
Operations or practical work (academic or industrial)
Continuous learning and development
