Electrical Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead field teams and deliver electrical projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a supervisory, field-focused role that combines leadership, planning, and technical coordination to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate understands how multi-family or commercial construction projects come together, can anticipate challenges, and takes a proactive approach to solving problems in the field.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate field crews and project staff.
• Plan daily work to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
• Ensure adequate labor, materials, and equipment are available on site.
• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial tracking.
