- Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field advantageous
- 35 years' experience in industrial technical sales
- Exposure to the electrical, automation, mining, or industrial sectors
- Knowledge of drives, PLC systems, motors, switchgear, instrumentation, and industrial electrical products
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and support solution-based selling
- Self-motivated with a strong commercial and technical aptitude
- ERP system experience advantageous
