Lead construction teams as an Electrical Supervisor in Elora and Jarvis, Ontario, overseeing Battery Energy Storage System projects. Ensure safety and efficiency in site operations every day.
As part of Valard Construction's Substations group, you will manage site activities, supervise crews, and ensure compliance with all safety policies. This role includes practical mentoring, equipment scheduling, and daily paperwork maintaining high construction quality and client relations. Your experience in the field will directly impact project success.
