About the role
Responsible for ensuring that all electrical, refrigeration systems and building generator sets of ATI South Harbor are maintained in safe working condition by conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on a timely basis.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepares daily assignments of electricians and air-con technicians per job order of business units and scheduled maintenance activity.
- Prepares and endorses for PMO Manager’s approval requisition of materials needed for the job orders.
- Coordinates with Business Units on the scheduled electrical & refrigeration repair and maintenance activity on their area.
- Monitors and inspects electrical and air-con jobs on a daily basis.
- Prepares specification of electrical and refrigeration materials needed for purchase.
