Job Description

As the Electrical Team Leader at InfraBuild, based at our Newcastle Rod Mill, you will lead a team of electrical tradespeople to deliver reliable, cost-effective equipment that supports our /7 steel production. This is a hands-on leadership role where your focus will be on safety, team performance, and process excellence.

You’ll play a key role in:
Leading the electrical maintenance team to meet or exceed production goals

Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies and improvement initiatives

Ensuring equipment reliability, process efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards

Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to grow capability and performance

Monitoring performance, analysing data, and driving continuous improvement

Managing workforce planning including rosters, attendance, leave, and recruitment
