ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN / TECHNOLOGIST – BUILDING

Our Client

A leading company in the Building Services Engineering Sector is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Technician/Technologist to join their growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and draft electrical systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards (SANS standards preferred).
• Collaborate with the engineering team on various projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BTech in Electrical Engineering or NDip in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduation experience in a consulting engineering environment.
• Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) for clear communication and report generation.
