Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate PCBA functionality.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring quality and performance of products.
- Design and develop automated test scripts using various testing frameworks to implement functional test sequences on PCBAs and Finish Goods.
- Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing on PCBAs and Finish Goods.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and enhance system functionality.
- Document test results, track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Participate in meetings with R&D to define test strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in test development activities.
