Responsibilities
- Lead electrical and system engineering activities within R&D projects, owning technical delivery from concept through production
- Define system architecture, product requirements, and technical specifications for high‑power laser and mixed‑signal systems
- Drive the design, development, integration, and testing of electrical systems to achieve performance, quality, and reliability targets
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering activities to ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Oversee design verification, validation, and product certification activities, ensuring compliance with EMC and electrical safety standards
