A/C Technician cum Electrician

Requirements

• Degree/ITI/Diploma + 5 years' experience in GCC

Responsibilities

• Maintain A/C systems such as chillers, cold rooms, FCU, AHU, split A/C, and HVAC systems
• Detect and fix breakdowns in home heating and air conditioning systems, including chiller plants
• Relocate and upgrade existing cooling and heating systems as needed
• Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, integrators, and electrical circuitry
• Preserve preventative maintenance routines and treatments for heating and cooling devices, including modification of filters and cleaning condensers and coils
• Testing and mounting wiring systems; responsible for electrical upkeep
• All lights and in-house power installations/appliances
