Job Description
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties
- Perform installation, maintenance, and upgrades of electrical wiring, panels, switches, outlets, lighting systems, waterlines, drainage systems, and fixtures
- Ensure that all electrical and plumbing work complies with local codes and safety standards
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and generate reports on electrical and plumbing systems
General Maintenance Support
- Provide assistance with mechanical, masonry, and minor finishing works as needed
- Read and interpret plans/designs and create basic layouts with cost proposals for review and approval
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment relevant to trade‑specific and general maintenance work
