Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Certified Electricians for the safe maintenance, repair, installation and modification of all sawmill-related equipment, you will apply your skills to maximize uptime, quality and production.
This role is a full-time rotating, weekday schedule (1 week of days, 1 weeks of nights) with a minimum of 40 hours per week. This position can be based out of Whitecourt, or Fox Creek. 
As an Electrician, your responsibilities will include:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels within the mill.

Diagnose and repair electrical issues in machinery, sensors, transmitters, and other equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Program, troubleshoot, and optimize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other control systems to enhance efficiency and precision in the mill processes.
