Job Description
Working at the forefront of next‑generation battery development, the Electrolyte Scientist will focus on advancing semi‑solid, quasi‑solid and all‑solid‑state battery systems, with particular emphasis on interfacial engineering and electrolyte performance.
This role combines experimental research, materials development and electrochemical analysis, supporting the design and optimisation of battery systems from early-stage concepts through to prototype-level validation.
The Electrolyte Scientist will:
* Design and optimise semi‑solid, quasi‑solid and all‑solid‑state battery systems in pouch cell format.
* Investigate interfaces between solid electrolytes and metallic anodes to understand performance and stability.
* Develop strategies to improve interfacial behaviour, reduce impedance and enhance cycle life.
* Evaluate electrolyte materials, including polymer, hybrid and inorganic systems.
* Lead metallic anode integration activities, including plating and...
