Electrolyte Technology Engineer

Your role

As an Electrolyte Technology Engineer, you’ll own the transition of liquid electrolyte and polymer electrolyte formulations from lab benches to pilot lines and into industrial production. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives solving problems in real time and is excited to build processes that don’t exist yet.

Main functions

Process development & Scale-up:

• Own end-to-end the scale-up of liquid and polymer electrolyte formulations to be handed over to Industrialization Department


• Turn R&D recipes into real, manufacturable processes


• Design, run, and iterate pilot-scale electrolyte production


• Solve scale-dependent challenges in mixing, dissolution, viscosity, moisture control, polymer processing, and impurity management
