  • Responsible for electromagnetic design and optimization of electric traction motors for eDrive/eAxle applications.
  • Define motor electromagnetic architecture and key parameters according to customer and system requirements.
  • Perform electromagnetic simulations and analyses using CAE tools (e.g., JMAG, Maxwell, Motor-CAD) to evaluate torque, efficiency, power density, NVH, and thermal performance.
  • Optimize motor topology, winding concept, rotor/stator design, magnet layout, and electromagnetic performance throughout the development process.
  • Conduct trade-off studies considering performance, cost, manufacturability, reliability, and functional safety requirements.
  • Support concept development, feasibility studies, and technical risk assessments for new motor technologies.
