Position: Asst. Manager – Repair Engineering Skill: SMT Work Location : Tata Electronics Products and Solutions, Hosur Responsibilities: Responsible for leading a team of repair engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization Manage, train, and mentor a team of electronic repair technicians and engineers. Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Develop, implement, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electronic issues (e.G., SMT, wave soldering, system integration). Provide expert, hands-on technical guidance for complex or recurring problems, applying methodologies like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and FMEA to prevent future failures.
