**• Provide preventive maintenance and repairs to facility as required.**
**• Performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining two facilities, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition.**

**• Secure public bids or quotations for facility maintenance, initiates purchase orders and construction projects.**
