- Must have previous experience and/or training in electronics repair, preferably of music gear. Diploma or Certificate in Electronics is an asset depending on experience.
- Knowledge of electronic music gear that Long & McQuade sells and how they work: Instrument amplifiers, Powered PA speakers, Keyboards, Electronic Drums, DJ gear, DJ Lighting, Tube amplifiers.
- Proven strong work ethic and commitment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Positive attitude and steady composure
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
