Job Description
- Review of ELV, and Auxiliary requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of plans and cost estimates
- Assist in creating complete ELV plans if necessary
- Assist in measuring plan and prepare bill of quantities
- Evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMI’s, change order and other construction-related claims
- Conduct site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals if necessary
- Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison
- Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposal and bids before and during Project Implementation
- Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids
- Quarterly updating of material / equipment cost database
- Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers
- Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned by immediate superior
