Job Description

We’re looking for an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist who can turn cold data into revenue.

This role goes beyond campaign execution, you’ll be responsible for building end-to-end automation systems, improving email deliverability, and creating nurture engines that convert cold leads into warm opportunities.

If you understand how inboxes work, how automation flows think, and how to revive dead leads at scale, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Automation & Nurture Systems

  • Build and manage multi-step email sequences (cold, warm, reactivation, nurture)
  • Design lead warming journeys for inactive or cold databases
  • Create behavior-based workflows (opens, clicks, replies, inactivity triggers)
  • Continuously optimize flows for conversion, engagement, and pipeline growth
