Job Description:
Basic Skills:
- Good knowledge on email protocols and network protocols
- Good understanding of threats related to email security – phishing, spam, drive by download
- Knowledge of email capabilities in cloud and Office 365
- Candidate with good knowledge on other security tools like Antivirus, Proxy, and operating system security will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge on Incident, Change and Problem Management (ITIL) process
