Job Description
This role will support the business by managing customer lifecycle marketing, retention activity, email and SMS automation, and database growth across e-commerce, retail, and customer channels. This position will focus on increasing customer lifetime value, repeat purchase rates, attributed revenue, customer engagement, and list growth through CRM strategy, Klaviyo or Omnisend campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, personalisation, and brand-aligned retention activity.
- Manage end-to-end email and SMS campaigns, automations, and CRM lifecycle marketing
- Build customer journeys including welcome, post-purchase, loyalty, win-back, and re-engagement flows
- Develop segmentation strategies based on customer behaviour, purchase history, and engagement data
