EMEA Event Management Specialist

Job Overview

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an EMEA Event Management Specialist to join the Life Sciences EMEA Meetings & Events team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of events across the EMEA region, including conferences, trade shows, webinars and commercial meetings. The role covers both in‑person and digital events, with a focus on high‑quality execution, strong stakeholder support, and consistent event operations.

Location: Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of assigned events from concept to completion, including logistics, timelines, supplier coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
• Deliver a range of events across EMEA, including conferences, trade shows, webinars and commercial meetings.
