Job Summary: We support a dynamic emergency services and communications hub responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and continuity of business operations. Our team requires reliable professionals who thrive in rotating schedules and respond effectively in crisis situations.
Responsibilities:
Answer and enter emergency calls while simultaneously dispatching and monitoring multiple fire and security radio channels.
Provide approved Pre-Arrival Instructions based on established policies and procedures, and complete required notifications.
Document information accurately in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) under high-volume, multi-source scenarios.
Support team training initiatives and assist in the formulation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as needed.
