Elevate the emotional wellness of students at The Bishop Strachan School as their Emotional Well-Being Counsellor. Partner with faculty and families to promote inclusivity and resilience in young women.This role requires a Master or Bachelor of Social Work, emphasizing the significance of emotional and social skills in educational settings. The Emotional Well-Being Counsellor provides individual counseling, group support, and educational workshops. In collaboration with the Student Well-being department, this position supports a diverse community while fostering student support initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with faculty on student care
• Provide individual and group support services
• Conduct workshops for community engagement
• Track student progress and achievements
• Facilitate smooth transitions for Grade 8-9 studentsRequirements:
