Duties

• Deliver engaging, structured learning sessions aligned to the employability practitioner apprenticeship standard.
• Provide one-to-one coaching online and some small group online.
• Mentoring and support tailored to the learner's needs.
• Dealing with learners who work mainly as coaches with challenging caseloads, careers advisors, case workers, IAG advisors.
• Prepare learners for end-point assessment.
