Job Description
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for sorting incoming and outgoing warehouse product with or without material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Unload and palletize freight (e.g., trucks, trailers, rail cars, etc.)
- Sort and organize merchandise
- Operate various types of material handling equipment
- Sort, repack, recondition, and label freight
- Identify unusable pallets
- Basic ability to read, count, and use RF scanner technology (training provided)
- Remove items from sorting bins, scan, and place onto conveyor belt
- Remove items from packing bins, scan for accuracy, produce packing list, and bag items
