 Compensation and Benefits Manager

Primary Responsibilities

 Supervises team members in administration of corporate and statutory benefits

 Develop and execute strategic employee wellness programs and initiatives. Specific Responsibilities

Benefits

 Manage and administer rewards programs . Ensure that incentives pertaining to the company’s monthly incentive program are distributed to concerned departments.

 Facilitates shine and refresher orientation

 Liaise with the 3rd party providers on the requirements for the following protective benefits of employees

o Health insurance of employees and dependents

o Group Life Insurance

o Accident Insurance

o Memorial Plan

 Facilitate new and renewal enrollment of employees to HMO, Group Life Insurance and other benefits
