Qualifications

• Experience: More than 3 years in a similar role (service client) or easy contact experience.
• Industry: Experience in the industrial sector is an advantage.
• Languages: French – very good oral and written; German – good oral and written.
• Education: Vocational education and training with the Swiss Federal VET Diploma or equivalent.
