Job Description
- Create a support community within the Division to champion employee engagement
- Lead in the conduct of all employee engagement activity for the Division, from planning to execution
- Leads the communication in all material related to the engagement activities
- Ensure events are done within the approved budget / accrual
- Champion the spirit of teambuilding and camaraderie in all activities
- Ensure that all activities are impacting all sites / warehouses / employee types
- Champion inclusion and diversity
- Create a calendar plotting all employee engagement activities for the Division
- Maintain a verified and attested list of partners and providers to support internal activities
- Monitor and safekeep all internal tokens / giveaways
