What You Will Do
- Employee Engagement Design & Implementation: Design and implement a multimodal approach to employee engagement, catering to diverse working arrangements.
- Plan and execute mass‑scale engagement activities, talks, festive celebrations, and interest‑based events that strengthen belonging and connection across the organization.
- Communication & Visual Management: Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and visual content production for Employee Experience, ensuring effective communication and high visibility of ongoing initiatives and events.
- Data & Insights: Collaborate with HRIT to maintain and update employee experience dashboards, leveraging data and analytics to track engagement metrics, measure impact, and inform future strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to support data‑driven decisions and demonstrate ROI of Employee Experience initiatives and deals.
