Job Description
The Employee Navigator Database Manager is responsible for the strategic build, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of benefits administration platform Employee Navigator, and similar systems.
This role serves as the technical backbone of enrollment operations, ensuring seamless database performance, accurate eligibility configuration, and successful carrier integrations (EDI/API). You will work cross-functionally with implementation, enrollment, and service teams to deliver a technology-driven, people-focused enrollment experience.
Key Requirements Experience- Minimum 2+ years of experience building databases in:
- Employee Navigator (preferred)
- Ease, Selerix, Bswift, or similar platforms
- Proven experience with:
- EDI file feeds and API integrations
- Benefits administration systems and workflows
